Educatedly AI Usage Policy & Guidelines

Last Updated: September 9, 2026

1. AI-Assisted Content: All worksheets and educational resources on this site are original content, created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools.

2. Browser-Only Tools: The following tools run entirely in your browser and do not call any AI service in real time — no data you enter is ever sent anywhere:

  • Schedule and Routine Generator
  • Core Vocabulary Board Builder
  • Calendar Time
  • Sight Words Practice
  • Typing Practice
  • Classroom Timer
  • Group Score Tracker

Their templates and content were created with the assistance of AI during development, the same as other site content described in this policy.

3. Supplemental Use Only: These materials are designed strictly for supplemental practice, reference, and classroom enhancement.

4. Human Review Required: Educators and parents are strongly encouraged to review, verify, and modify all questions and answer keys.

5. Curriculum Alignment: Users are responsible for ensuring that all generated content aligns appropriately with their specific curriculum standards and student needs prior to classroom implementation.

6. Blog & Interactive Tools: Blog articles, comic illustrations, and images on our blog — including the “Ms. Gina” comic series and tool spotlight graphics — are created with the assistance of AI tools. This includes interactive tools such as our “Find Ms. Gina” states and capitals game (educatedly.com/find-ms-gina), including its Ms. Gina icon and badge artwork. These are illustrative/editorial content, not instructional materials, and are not subject to the same accuracy review as our lesson worksheets.

7. Lesson Videos & Support Materials: Entire lessons on this site — including videos, scripts, summaries, meta descriptions, focus keyphrases, listing tags, infographics, extension activities, and suggested grade-level placements — are created with the assistance of AI tools. Before publishing, Educatedly reviews each lesson for factual accuracy and checks the suggested grade-level placement — but educators should still review lesson content and adjust materials to fit their own classroom needs and curriculum standards.

This list reflects our current tools. Any additional interactive tool added to the Tools for Teachers page follows the same principles described here: browser-only tools disclose their AI involvement the same way as other site content described above.
