Educatedly is an independent educational resource hub created to assist teachers, parents, homeschoolers, and students. All content — including videos, AI-generated worksheets, lesson summaries, and answer keys — is original to Educatedly and intended solely for personal, non-commercial, and classroom educational use.

2. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy Disclaimer

Entire lessons on this site — including scripts, videos, worksheets, answer keys, summaries, meta descriptions, focus keyphrases, listing tags, infographics, extension activities, and suggested grade-level placements — are created with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

  • While we strive for high accuracy and alignment with grade-level standards, AI-assisted content may occasionally contain errors, typos, or answer key discrepancies.
  • Educatedly provides all lessons and practice materials “as-is” for supplementary practice only. Teachers, tutors, and parents are strongly encouraged to review and verify all lessons, worksheets, and answer keys prior to student or classroom use.
  • Educatedly assumes no responsibility or liability for academic grading, test outcomes, or instruction based on generated materials.
  • Browser-only tools (such as Core Vocabulary Board Builder, Sight Words Practice, Typing Practice, Calendar Time – Our Daily Calendar, and others listed on our Tools for Teachers page) run entirely in your browser and do not call any AI service in real time — no data you enter is ever transmitted. Their templates were created with the assistance of AI during development, the same as other site content described in this section.
  • Blog and interactive editorial content — including the “Ms. Gina” comic series and our “Find Ms. Gina” states and capitals game — are illustrative/editorial content, not instructional materials, and are not subject to the same accuracy review as our lesson worksheets.

3. Original Video Content

All videos featured on Educatedly are original productions created using AI-assisted video generation tools. They are not sourced, embedded, or adapted from third-party platforms or other creators’ work. Educatedly retains ownership of all video content produced for the site.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Worksheets

Educatedly grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view, download, print, and distribute original site videos, worksheets, generated charts, and summaries for home, classroom, or personal educational use.

You explicitly agree that you will not:

  • Sell, license, or commercially redistribute any videos, worksheets, generated charts, answer keys, or written materials from this site (including uploading them to commercial marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers).
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or data-extraction tools to bulk-download or scrape videos, worksheets, or listings from this platform.
  • Claim ownership over any site content, layout, or media.

5. Donations

Educatedly accepts voluntary donations through Ko-fi, a third-party platform that processes payments via PayPal. Donations are entirely optional and do not entitle the donor to any goods, services, premium access, or special privileges on Educatedly, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All donations are final and non-refundable. Educatedly is not responsible for the handling of payment information, which is governed by Ko-fi’s and PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices.

Our site may contain links to third-party platforms (such as external educational tools and Google services). We have no control over the privacy practices, availability, or content of those external sites and are not responsible for third-party operations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All services, resources, and materials on Educatedly are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Educatedly be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its generated materials.
